Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A GOLF COURSE AND RELATED FACILITIES AT THE HUGH WHITE STATE PARK; TO ALLOW LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GOLF COURSE PROJECT AT THE HUGH WHITE STATE PARK, AS PROVIDED IN THIS ACT; TO AMEND SECTION 67-1-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE AT THE HUGH WHITE STATE PARK SHALL BE A QUALIFIED RESORT AREA FOR PURPOSES OF THE STATE LOCAL OPTION ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LAW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
