Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 47-5-76, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT IF AN INMATE HAS BROUGHT A FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT THREE TIMES, THEN HE SHALL BE ASSESSED ALL FILING FEES AND COSTS OF THE ACTION OR HE SHALL PAY TWENTY PERCENT OF THE TOTAL OF ALL FUNDS LOCATED IN HIS INMATE ACCOUNT OVER THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT SHALL NOT APPLY IF THE INMATE IS UNDER IMMINENT DANGER OF SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
