Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 67-1-5, 67-1-7, 67-3-7 AND 67-3-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE AND POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, LIGHT WINE OR BEER ON ANY PROPERTY ON WHICH A FACILITY IS LOCATED THAT OFFERS TO THE PUBLIC FOR A FEE HUNTING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES, MEALS, OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION AND WHICH HAS BEEN DECLARED A QUALIFIED RESORT AREA BY THE STATE TAX COMMISSION REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE FACILITY IS LOCATED HAS VOTED IN FAVOR OF COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE DRY LAW OR WHETHER OR NOT THE COUNTY HAS VOTED AGAINST THE SALE OF LIGHT WINE OR BEER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
