Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT NO HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN OR HEALTH CARE SERVICE PLAN CONTRACT SHALL REQUIRE FACE-TO-FACE CONTACT BETWEEN A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER AND A PATIENT FOR SERVICES APPROPRIATELY PROVIDED THROUGH TELEMEDICINE; TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CLARIFY THAT PHYSICIANS SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH TELEMEDICINE ARE FULLY REIMBURSABLE UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
