Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO GRANT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES PERPETUAL AND TEMPORARY EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF NORTHWEST COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT TO LEASE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN THE DISTRICT AND WHICH ARE OWNED BY THE DISTRICT; TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE FAIR COMMISSION, BY AND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION, TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI, ON SUCH STATE-OWNED LANDS LOCATED ALONG THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF HIGH STREET AS REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THAT PORTION OF HIGH STREET NEAR THE STATE FAIRGROUNDS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
