Amend on line 15200-1524 by striking the language after the deletion marks and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

"which such transfer shall be complete and final upon receipt of the petition by the receiving school district, which shall not have the authority to deny such petition for transfer.

Further, amend by striking lines 1525-1563.

Further, amend by striking lines 1647-1669.

Further, amend by striking lines 1701-1742.

Further, amend by renumbers subsection in Section 13 accordingly.

     Further, amend the title to conform.
