     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 22 through 23 by deleting "Thirteen Million Two Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-three Dollars ($13,288,783.00)" and inserting the following language in lieu thereof:

Eleven Million Three Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-three Dollars ($11,328,783.00)

FURTHER, AMEND on line 36 by deleting the following language:

Methodist Rehabilitation Center.............$   1,960,000.00
