AMENDMENT NO 4 PROPOSED TO

AMEND by inserting the following new section before Section 32:

SECTION *.  As a condition of receiving the funds appropriated by this act, the Mississippi Development Authority shall award grants to eligible entities under the Mississippi Site Development Grant Program that are located in counties that have been certified as ACT WorkKeys Work Ready Communities, with the grants being awarded in the order of the dates that those counties received that certification from the earliest date to the latest date.
