AMENDMENT NO 3 PROPOSED TO

AMEND by inserting the following new section before Section 32:

SECTION *.  As a condition of receiving the funds appropriated by this act, the Mississippi Development Authority shall not make any additional grants under the Mississippi Site Development Grant Program after July 1, 2025, until eligible entities located in at least ten (10) of the counties with the highest poverty level in Mississippi as measured by median household income in the most recent census data have received a grant under the program.
