AMENDMENT NO 2 PROPOSED TO

AMEND by inserting the following new section before Section 32:

SECTION *.  As a condition of receiving the funds appropriated by this act, the Mississippi Development Authority shall not require an eligible entity under the Mississippi Site Development Grant Program that is located in a county with a school district that is rated D or F to provide matching funds in an amount of more than One Dollar ($1.00) in order to receive assistance under the program.
