AMENDMENT NO 2 PROPOSED TO

AMEND on line 44 by deleting "either" and "or the secondary".

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 44 through 47 by deleting the following:

An eligible employee may not be classified as both the primary caregiver and the secondary caregiver in a period of twelve (12) months.

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 63 through 65 by deleting paragraph (d).

     FURTHER, AMEND by deleting lines 72 through 85, inserting the following in lieu thereof, and renumbering the subsequent subsections accordingly:

     (4)  If both parents are state employees, only one (1) parent may be the primary caregiver entitled to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave.

FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
