     AMEND on line 208 by deleting the language after the semicolon through line 211 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

for a first or second offense under this item, the court shall require the defendant to participate in a drug training program approved by the Department of Mental Health from a department-certified provider unless the court enters a written finding that a drug training program is inappropriate;

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 2 by inserting the following after the word "OF":
