     AMEND by deleting lines 62 through 74.

     AMEND on lines 66 and 67 by deleting "eight (8) weeks (three hundred twenty (320) hours) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

six (6) weeks (two hundred forty (240) hours)

     AMEND by deleting lines 71 through 84 and renumber subsequent subsection(s) accordingly.

     AMEND the title on line 2 and change "EIGHT" to "SIX"

     AMEND the title on lines 4 and 5 by deleting the following:

AND TWO WEEKS OF PAID PARENTAL LEAVE FOR THE SECONDARY CAREGIVERS

     AMEND on line 7 of the title by deleting the comma after the word "LEAVE" and inserting "AND" after:  LEAVE,"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 7 by deleting the following:

AND "SECONDARY CAREGIVER"
