Senate Amendments to House Bill No. 958

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 1

     AMEND after line 631 by adding the following:

(6)  Acquisitions of information technology that are a part of a Department of Finance and Administration Bureau of Building administered project shall be exempt from the procurement requirements under this chapter.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
