AMEND on line 92 after the period by inserting the following:

Travel expenses for freelance reporting activities nor any other expenses related to such activities shall be paid or otherwise reimbursed to any court reporter from the court, Administrative Office of Courts or governmental entity that employs the court reporter full time. No government owned equipment may be used at any time by any court reporter while engaging in freelance reporting activities.
