     AMEND on line 51 after "(3)" by inserting the following:

"; however, any crime listed as a crime of violence in Section  97-3-2, including any crime that requires a person to register as a sex offender shall be a disqualifying crime and shall prohibit the licensing authority from the issuance of an occupational license to such person."
