AMENDMENT NO 1 TO AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No. 1435

Amend after line 36 by inserting the following:

     "SECTION 1.  This act may be cited and shall be known as the "Families Leading the Enrollment Experience (FLEX) Act."

Further amend by renumbering succeeding sections accordingly.

Further amend the title to conform on line 1 by inserting the following after the phrase "AN ACT":

"TO CREATE THE FAMILIES LEADING THE ENROLLMENT EXPERIENCE (FLEX) ACT";".
