AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

Cmte Sub for House Bill No. 1431

Amend after line 9 by inserting the following:

     "SECTION 1.  This act may be cited and shall be known as the "Education Efficiency Act."

Further amend by renumbering succeeding sections accordingly.

Further amend the title to conform on line 1 by inserting the following after the phrase "AN ACT":

"TO CREATE THE EDUCATION EFFICIENCY ACT";".
