AMENDMENT NO 6 PROPOSED TO

Cmte Sub for House Bill No.  849

AMEND by deleting Section 14 in its entirety and inserting the following new sections:

     "SECTION 14.  The provisions of this act shall not become effective until after the Legislative has authorized the full funding of at least one hundred (100) scholarships under the Rural Physicians Scholarship Program, as certified by the Legislative Budget Office.

SECTION 15.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2025, and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2025."
