     AMEND by striking lines 32-34 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

(3)  The fee to nonresident hunters for each stamp shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).  There shall be no fee for resident hunters.

FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
