     AMEND on line 7 by striking the word "ALCOHOL PRODUCTS" and inserting in lieu thereof "WINE OR LIGHT WINE"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 28 after the word "consumption" by putting a period and insert the following after the period "Cottage foods may not be created using, nor stored within, commercial equipment or facilities."

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 59 by striking the words "and any alcoholic beverage"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 60 by striking the words "beer," and "or light spirit product"

FURTHER, AMEND on line 123 by adding after the period the following:

An individual making homemade wine, as defined in Section 67-7-5, or light wine, as defined in Section 67-3-3, as part of a cottage food operation, shall not be exempt from prohibitions imposed within counties and municipalities of this state, which have hosted local option elections as provided in Sections 67-3-7 and/or 67-3-9, and successfully voted to prohibit the transportation, storage, sale, distribution, receipt and/or manufacture of wine, light spirit product and beer within said county or municipality.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 144 striking the words "and any alcoholic beverage"

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 145 through 146 by striking the words "beer," and "or light spirit products"

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 147 through 159 by striking the words "alcohol products" and inserting in lieu thereof "wine or light wine"
