     AMEND on line 142 by inserting the word "other" after the word "any"

     AMEND after line 150 by inserting the following language:

Student-athlete agreements, proposed agreements and any document that compile, summarize or disclose any of the terms of such agreements shall be exempt from the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983.

     AMEND after line 211 by inserting a new subsection (9) with the following language:

(9)  No postsecondary educational institution may use funds appropriated from the State General Fund for the purpose of entering into a publicity rights agreement with a student-athlete and/or third party.

     AMEND on lines 882 by striking the words "name, image or likeness" and inserting "publicity rights" in lieu thereof

     AMEND on line 883 by inserting the following language before the period:  in accordance with the Mississippi Intercollegiate Athletics Compensation and Publicity Rights Act

     AMEND on line 905 by striking the words "July 1, 2024" and inserting the words "its passage" in lieu thereof.
