     AMEND on line 10 after the word "convey" by inserting the following:

, in exchange for fair market value,

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting below line 46 the following language:

     (5)  Any expenses incurred in conducting a survey of the property shall be paid for by the Board of Supervisors of Greene County, Mississippi.

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting on line 48 before the period the following:

, and shall stand repealed on the day before its passage

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
