     AMEND on line 542 by striking "63-21-18" and inserting in lieu thereof "63-21-16".

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 576 by striking "July 1, 2024, and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2024" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

January 1, 2025, and shall stand repealed on December 31, 2024

     FURTHER, AMEND the title on line 5 by striking "10" and inserting in lieu thereof "14".
