AMENDMENT NO 2 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No.  691

     AMEND on lines 24 and 25 by deleting "who are sheriffs in this state;" and by inserting the following language in lieu thereof:

, each of whom is a sheriff of a county in this state, with one (1) of the appointees being appointed from a county having a population of less than twenty thousand (20,000) according to the latest federal decennial census;

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
