AMEND on line 15 by changing the words and figures "nineteen (19)" to "twenty (20)"

AMEND FURTHER on line 56 by deleting the word "and"

     AMEND FURTHER on line 58 by deleting the period and inserting "; and"

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following new subparagraph (j) after line 58:

          "(j)  The Chief Executive Officer of the Community Health Center Association of Mississippi."
