AMEND on line 11 after the word "felony" by inserting the following:  "that is not defined as a crime of violence in Section 97-3-2"

AMEND FURTHER on lines 13 and 14 by deleting all language beginning with the word "which" through the word "suspended".

AMEND FURTHER on line 18 after the word "felony" by inserting the following: "that is defined as a crime of violence in Section 97-3-2"

AMEND FURTHER on line 20 by deleting "ten (10)" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "twenty (20)"

AMEND FURTHER by deleting subsection (3) in its entirety.

AMEND TITLE by deleting all language on line 2 and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

     "TO REVISE THE TERM OF IMPRISONMENT FOR USE OF A"
