House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 3163

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 1

     Amend by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any money to the credit of the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund, and allocated in a manner as determined by the Treasurer’s Office to the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of defraying eligible administration and reporting expense related to the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund for the period beginning from and after passage through June 30, 2025 $   25,000,000.00.

     SECTION 2.  The funds appropriated in Section 1 of this act shall be used for expenditures incurred on or after March 3, 2021, through the final expenditure date as determined by the United States Treasury.

     SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

     Further, amend by striking the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING ELIGIBLE ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING EXPENSES RELATED TO THE CORONAVIRUS STATE FISCAL RECOVERY FUND FISCAL YEARS 2024 AND 2025.
