A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATURE FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE OATH OF OFFICE TO ELECTED STATE OFFICIALS, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN COMMITTEES.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MISSISSIPPI STATE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN, That the inauguration ceremonies of the Lieutenant Governor-elect, and the administration of the oath of office to state officials-elect, to be held in the House of Representatives at a Joint Session of the Legislature on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be delivered to the Lieutenant Governor-elect and to all state officials-elect who assume their duties on said date.
