House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2073

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 1

AMEND the effective date by adding the following:  ", and shall stand repealed June 30, 2023".

AMEND further by deleting Section 10 in its entirety and renumbering the succeeding sections.

AMEND title to conform.
