A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MS. DWANNA L. STANLEY UPON HER CAREER SUCCESS IN THE MISSISSIPPI REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY AS FOUNDER AND OWNER OF THE AGENCY! HAUS REAL ESTATE SERVICES.

WHEREAS, Ms. Dwanna L. Stanley is living history in the making, as she is the broker, owner and founder of the largest independently-owned female lead real estate brokerage in the State of Mississippi, The Agency! HAUS Real Estate Services; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Stanley and her firm, a boutique establishment, are real estate industry leaders, specializing in both residential and commercial properties located in the Central Mississippi and Greenwood areas, exceptionally tailored to providing superior and knowledgeable services to clients during the home buying process, and elite marketing for clients placing their homes on the market for sale; and

WHEREAS, a native of Greenwood, Mississippi, Ms. Stanley, after completing her undergraduate studies at Mississippi College's School of Business, has endeavored to build a well established foundation of clients through free homebuyer's assistance seminars, credit repair services and budget/savings workshops; and

WHEREAS, striving daily to fulfill her life's mission to build a firm of agents that will bridge the wealth gap between ethnic groups while simultaneously educating African Americans about generational wealth afforded through home ownership; and

WHEREAS, currently registered as a double minority in the State of Mississippi, Dwanna and The Agency! HAUS ranked in the top 16 in sales volume out of 319 firms in Central Mississippi in 2021; and

WHEREAS, having grown her firm to comprise of 78 dedicated real estate sales professionals over the span of the last three years, she has amassed successful real estate closings on 1,088 homes that have totaled in excess of $198 Million and counting in sales volume; and

WHEREAS, voted Top CEO 2021 and named by the Mississippi Business Journal among its list of Top 50 Under 40 in 2020, Ms. Stanley has been featured in several articles and enlisted as a panelist on numerous platforms, including a Facebook business article in 2019 and Jimmy Rex's influencer book, "The Next Wave of Influence in Real Estate: The Best Marketing, Sales, and Industry Secrets Shared by the Top Millennial Real Estate Agents in the Country"; and

WHEREAS, in addition to wearing her mogul hat, her most prized crown comes with the title of being mother to her daughter, Kennedee Stanley, who is a cheer standout and entrepreneur major at "Thee" Jackson State University; and

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the House of Representatives to recognize and commend excellence in the accomplishments of rising entrepreneurial stars of Ms. Stanley's caliber who represent the pièce de résistance of the real estate industry, and whose success epitomize her mission of elevating and empowering the entire village:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That we do hereby commend and congratulate Ms. Dwanna L. Stanley upon her career success in the Mississippi real estate industry as founder and owner of The Agency! HAUS Real Estate Services, and extend best wishes for continued success and prosperity in all her future endeavors.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be furnished to Ms. Dwanna L. Stanley and to the members of the Capitol Press Corps.
