AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO BRICKFIRE PROJECT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to Brickfire Project, which is a day care and afterschool program for children from low-income families.
(2) This section shall be repealed from and after July
1, 2027.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
