AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE J.L. KING CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to the J.L. King Center, which is a 501(c)(3) community center that provides after-school program services and adult courses on financial fitness, employability and increasing personal savings for program participants.

     (2)  This section shall be repealed from and after July

1, 2027.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
