AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION OF EAST OKTIBBEHA COUNTY SCHOOLS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. (1) The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to the Education Association of East Oktibbeha County Schools, which is a nonprofit organization.
(2) This section shall be repealed from and after July
1, 2027.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
