AMEND after the period on line 57 by inserting the following:

"(b)Every four months within a twenty-four month period after expiration of the sixty (60) days described in paragraph (a) of this subsection (3), the court, on its own motion, shall assess all factors related to the the non-custodial parent's ability to pay in order to determine whether the child support obligations may be increased."
