House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 3062

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 2

AMEND by deleting Section 12 in its entirety and inserting the following:

     "SECTION 12.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2022, and shall stand repealed on June 29, 2022."
