AMEND by deleting the two sentences on lines 24 through 31 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:  "No member of the commission shall be a provider or representative of any provider of Medicaid services or have any financial or other interest in any provider of Medicaid services, and no member of the commission shall be an elected official of the State of Mississippi or a political subdivision of the state."
