AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE NATCHEZ STATE PARK TO THE BOB M. DEARING NATCHEZ STATE PARK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1.  The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks is hereby directed to change the name of the Natchez State Park to the "Bob M. Dearing Natchez State Park."

     Any reference in any laws of the State of Mississippi to the Natchez State Park shall be deemed to mean the Bob M. Dearing Natchez State Park.

     SECTION 2.  Section 1 of this act shall be codified in Title 55, Chapter 3, Mississippi Code of 1972.

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2021.
