     AMEND on lines 22, 32 and 35 by inserting the following language after the word "units":

", isolation rooms"

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting the following language after line 47 as a new subsection:

     (*)  Out of the funds appropriated to this program, the Department of Health shall expend twenty percent (20%) or more of such funds for hospitals in Mississippi that are either designated as a Level III Trauma Center or a Level IV Trauma Center.

FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
