     AMEND on lines 56 through 57 by deleting the language "where the government promises to forgo tax revenues or provide funds" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

     AMEND on line 64 by inserting the following before the word "at":

     AMEND on lines 82 through 83 by deleting "A new employee shall not include:"

     AMEND on lines 84 through 103 by deleting the language in its entirety.

     AMEND on lines 115 through 117 by deleting the language in its entirety and renumbering subsequent paragraphs accordingly.

     AMEND on line 124 by deleting the word "and"

     AMEND on line 127 by changing the period to a semicolon.

     AMEND after line 127 by inserting the following:

(*)  Information on direct and indirect public and private costs of the qualified economic development project; and

          (*)  Negative effects from the qualified economic development project, and the assumptions on which the information is based.

     AMEND on lines 128 through 149 by deleting the language after "(2)" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

The department shall share the resolution and supporting evidence described in this section with the University Research Center and, upon request, with the Governor, Speaker of the House and President of the Senate.

     AMEND on lines 157 through 160 by deleting "providing the goals and objectives for the economic incentive and the cost benefit analysis of the applicant's qualified economic development project" and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
