     AMEND on line 57 by striking the colon thereon, on line 58 by striking the romanette "(i)", on line 63 by striking the period thereon, on line 64 by striking the romanette "(ii)" and by inserting ":  (i)" after the word "intent", and re-lettering subsequent subparagraphs.

     FURTHER, AMEND on lines 66, 70, 77, 82, 84, 87 and 90 by changing the period to a semicolon, and on line 93 by changing the period to "; or"
