AMEND on line 102 by inserting after the word "person" the following:

"who is eighteen (18) years of age or older"

     FURTHER, AMEND by striking Sections 4 and 10 in their entirety, renumbering subsequent sections accordingly.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
