     AMEND on line 96 by inserting after the semicolon the following:

nor shall any public school district be authorized to join and pay membership dues to the Mississippi High School Activities Association or to any statewide athletic or extracurricular sponsoring organization that allows biological males to compete against biological females in sports, as defined by DNA;

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
