AMENDMENT NO 2 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

House Bill No. 1521

     AMEND by striking lines 243 through 248 and 255 through 276.

     FURTHER, AMEND by inserting the following after lines 563 and renumbering subsequent paragraphs:

(c)  If the ballot is not certified under paragraph (b) of this subsection the elector may enclose with the ballot or mail or electronically mail a valid photo identification as prescribed by Section 23-15-7 to the registrar provided that the proof of identification is received with the ballot or no later than five (5) business days after the election.

     FURTHER, AMEND by striking the sentence beginning on line 382 through line 391.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
