Senate Amendments to House Concurrent Resolution No. 86

TO THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SENATE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 1

     AMEND on lines 7 and 8 by deleting the words "seventh and"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 8 by changing the word "clauses" to "clause"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 9 by changing the word "are" to "is"

     FURTHER, AMEND by deleting the resolving clause on lines 10 through 21 in its entirety.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title on lines 2 and 3 by deleting the phrase "TO AUTHORIZE THE LEGISLATURE TO RECONVENE FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECONSIDERING CERTAIN VETOED BILLS;"
