AMEND on line 16 by inserting the following language after the period:

"The provisions of this section shall not apply to any person who has been convicted of more than one (1) crime or to any person who has been convicted of a crime of violence as defined in Section 97-3-2 or a crime of a sexual nature committed against a person or child."

AMEND further on line 61 by deleting "codified in rules or statute".

AMEND further on line 93 by deleting the word "under".

AMEND further by deleting the following language on lines 115 and 116:  "and shall stand repealed from and after June 30, 2020"
