AMEND on line 119 by inserting the following language before the period:  identified in the pre-release assessments and written discharge plans of offenders as provided under Section 47-7-33.1

AMEND FURTHER on line 119 by inserting the following language after the period:  This subsection (9) shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2022.
