AMEND FURTHER the title on line 3 after the semicolon by inserting the following:

     "TO AMEND SECTION 99-19-83, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE PROVISIONS REGULATING HABITUAL OFFENDERS"
