AMEND on lines 13, 16 and 17 by deleting the word "or" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma

AMEND further on line 14 before the word "improvement" by inserting the following words:  "or other asset"

AMEND further on line 16 by deleting the word "project" and inserting in lieu therefore the following"  "or other asset improvement"

AMEND further on line 17 after the word "bridge" by inserting the following words:  "or other asset improvement"

AMEND title to conform.
