House Amendments to Senate Bill No. 2877

TO THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE:

  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE HOUSE HAS ADOPTED THE AMENDMENTS SET OUT BELOW:

AMENDMENT NO. 1

AMEND on lines 26 and 125 after the word "perjury" by

inserting the following:

"to the best of her knowledge, information and belief"

AMEND FURTHER on line 134 after the word "perjury" by

inserting the following:

"to the best of such person's knowledge, information and belief"

AMEND FURTHER on line 179 after the word "perjury" by

inserting the following:

"to the best of his or her knowledge, information and belief"

AMEND FURTHER on line 258 after "2020" by inserting the

following:

", and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2020"
